To fulfil an order we collect your email address, delivery address and the contents of your order. If you write to us we keep the message and your reply address so the conversation makes sense.

For bank-transfer payments, our bank receives the payment reference and the information required to process the transfer. We do not collect card details.

Order data is processed to perform the contract between us - we cannot ship a vial without an address. Correspondence is kept on the basis of our legitimate interest in answering you properly. Invoice records are retained because tax law requires it.

Our bank processes bank transfers, our courier receives the details needed for delivery, and our email provider handles order correspondence. Each receives only what that task needs.

We do not sell personal data, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not add customers to a marketing list unless they ask.

This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. Your cart is held in your own browser's local storage and never leaves your device until you check out.

Order and invoice records are kept for the period required by tax law in our country of establishment, currently seven years. Correspondence unrelated to an order is deleted after two years. Nothing is kept indefinitely.
