All products supplied by SuperBio Peptides are intended exclusively for in-vitro laboratory research and analytical reference. They are not medicinal products, food supplements, cosmetics or veterinary products, and hold no marketing authorization in any jurisdiction.

They must not be administered to, ingested by, injected into or otherwise used in or on humans or animals. By placing an order you confirm that you understand this restriction and will observe it.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally competent to purchase and handle research chemicals in your country of delivery. You are responsible for confirming that possession and use of the material you order is lawful where you are, and for holding any licence or institutional approval that applies to you.

We supply materials and the analytical data describing them. We do not advise on their use in humans or animals, on protocol design, or provide any form of medical, veterinary or scientific advice, and nothing on this site should be read as such. Literature references on product pages are provided so you can consult the primary source directly.

Prices on this storefront are in USD. Prices include all applicable taxes. For deliveries to Florida, sales tax is added at checkout. Shipping is shown before you place the order. An order confirmation records your request; dispatch follows payment clearance and availability confirmation.

Where a listed lot sells out between your order and dispatch, we will offer the replacement lot together with its certificate, or refund in full. We will not substitute a different lot without telling you which one you are receiving.

Each lot is released against the certificate published in the certificate archive. Our release floor is 98.0% main-peak area by reversed-phase HPLC at 214 nm, with identity confirmed by mass spectrometry.

If you independently test a sealed vial and it returns below the purity stated on its certificate, send us the report and we will refund the order in full, including shipping.

Card payments are temporarily unavailable. You can place an order by bank transfer, including after selecting the card option. We explain this before you confirm. Your order reference, amount and bank instructions are shown after the order is recorded. Include the reference with your transfer. We dispatch after cleared funds are received.

Delivery is available within United States. Dispatch information: Miami, Florida, United States. Delivery estimate: 3 to 6 working days. If a shipment is delayed, we will explain the revised timing and your cancellation options. Risk passes to you on delivery, subject to rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Unopened, correctly stored items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Change-of-mind returns carry return postage and a 25% restocking fee; that fee does not apply to our errors or faulty goods. Mandatory rights are unaffected. Full details are on the returns and refunds page.

Our liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We accept no liability for loss arising from use of the material outside its stated purpose, and nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that applicable law makes mandatory, including consumer protections in your place of residence. Contact the seller using the details above to resolve a question or dispute.
